Atty. Jose D. Leviste, president of Italpinas Euroasian Design and Eco-Development Corporation (ITPI Corp.), an Italian-Filipino property developer that specializes in sustainable real estate projects nationwide, is slated to speak at the Mixed-Use Development Conference on May 8, 2014 at the Ascott Makati Hotel.
Atty. Leviste is set to discuss “Smart Grid Technology and Architecture: A New Synergy for Greater Cost Advantage.” He will tackle the advantages of using the smart grid, a system that analyzes digital and analog data on the energy consumption of a building to help improve its sustainability and energy efficiency. He will also be talking about the benefits of using green, renewable energy sources as well as energy management systems.
