Primavera Residences Developer’s Showcase of Green Projects A Success at the 19th NREA Trade Exhibits

RVN @ NREA Glorietta exhibit

Sustainable projects by Primavera Residences developer Italpinas Euroasian Design and Eco-Development Corp. (ITPI) were one of the main attractions at the recently concluded 19th NREA-HUDCC Trade Exhibits and National Convention held at the Glorietta Activity Center in Makati City. ITPI’s green projects stood out from the rest of the exhibitors as the Italpinas booth showcased its energy-efficient buildings featuring high-performance design.

The 19th National Real Estate Association (NREA) Trade Exhibits and National Convention which started from September 9 to 11, was participated by some of the country’s top property developers, realty brokers, as well as agents. Visitors at the exhibit learned more about sustainable development and how a building’s design can help reduce the impact on the environment through ITPI’s display of its green projects.

ITPI is a strong advocate of green architecture in the Philippines, with all its projects featuring sustainable design. ITPI not only showcased its green properties during the event but also introduced investment opportunities for home buyers and property investors. Its chairman and CEO, Arch. Romolo V. Nati, also shared his ideas on and expertise in eco-friendly architectural and sustainable design during the event.

Organizers raffled off prizes during the event, which included a free accommodation at Primavera Residences. NREA Chairman Emeritus and founder Jose V. Manalad took home the grand prize given away by ITPI. Also present at the exhibit were NREA officers including President Marissa del Mar, Board Chairman Alejandro Manalac, and Exhibit Chairman Ruth Marie Atienza.
