We’ve finally drawn the raffle, folks! To those who joined our booth raffle last September 9 to 11 during the 19th NREA-HUDCC Trade Exhibits and National Convention at Glorietta Mall, Makati, the wait is over!

Out of 44 raffle entries received, we have picked two lucky winners who will each get a free three-days, two-nights’ accommodation at Primavera Residences – our award-winning green property in Cagayan de Oro. The free 3-days, 2-nights’ accommodation also comes with free breakfast for two.

Organizers of the trade exhibit also raffled off a free three-days, two-nights’ accommodation with free breakfast at Primavera Residences during the event. The winner who took home the prize was Mr. Jose V. Manalad.

If you are, then check out our booth at the upcoming 19th NREA – HUDCC Trade Exhibits and National Convention happening on September 9 to 11, 2014 at the Glorietta Activity Center in Makati City.

Primavera Residences developer Italpinas Euroasian Design and Eco-Development Corp. (ITPI) is joining the trade exhibits and will be showcasing some of its green projects and design during the three-day event. ITPI is an Italian-Filipino green property developer in the Philippines that specializes in sustainable development and design.

Get some freebies and a chance to win a grand prize when you visit the Italpinas booth at any time during the exhibits. ITPI executive chairman and CEO Arch. Romolo V. Nati will also be at the exhibit as a guest speaker. He will be talking about eco-friendly architectural and sustainable design on Sept. 9 at 4:30 PM. Arch. Nati is also slated to speak and judge at the upcoming World Architectural Festival in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore on October 1 to 3.

The National Real Estate Association (NREA) is one of the country’s leading trade organizations in the real estate industry comprising property developers, government agencies and advocates of urban and housing developments aimed at promoting strategic partnerships and collaborations.
