The Business and Investment Opportunity Forum hosted by BPI Family Savings Bank (BFB) and Primavera Residences on Thursday (Oct. 17) at the Multi-Purpose Hall of Primavera Residences, Pueblo de Oro Business Park, Upper Carmen, was prominently featured in the 29 October 2013 issue of Mindanao Daily News.
The forum was the first in a series of events initiated in Region X with ITPI’s partner banks under the program dubbed as SOAR High! (Sustainable Opportunities and Advocacies in the Regions).
The forum briefed bank clients and Primavera unit owners on the business and investment opportunities they can take advantage of in Northern Mindanao.
BFB executives led by SM Marvin Sevilla, BFB Product Head (Visayas-Mindanao), SM Tyrene Tanaka, BFB Market Head (Northern Mindanao) and Louis Sidney “Mark” T. Capanzana, Investment Counselor/ Trust Officer of BPI-Cagayan de Oro and Arch. Romolo V. Nati, Executive Chairman and CEO of ITPI, presented at the forum.
Mr. Capanzana presented investment concepts and opportunities in Northern Mindanao while Ms. Tanaka presented BFB’s products and services that will help forum participants maximize these opportunities.
Arch. Nati presented ITPI Green Architecture Design and Construction: The Primavera Residences Experience to explain the energy efficiency features and savings benefits for unit owners. He also discussed how Primavera Residences has substantially appreciated compared with conventional ones.
At the forum, ITPI Non-Exec Chair Jose P. Leviste Jr. made an unprecedented offer for a buyback at cost after 1 year for all buyers of Primavera Residences units.
Prizes were raffled off. The grand prize was a 3-day-2-night accommodation with free breakfast at Primavera Residences. Dr. Margie Quiblat and Ms. Kristine Tomita won the grand prizes.
