ITPI Corp.’s community work gets featured in Cagayan de Oro Times

The sales office staff of Primavera Residences in Cagayan de Oro City threw a Christmas bash for orphaned and abandoned children being cared for by an Italian priest in the Calabrian Children’s Foundation.

As Marketing Manager Gladys Magadan explained, the Calabrian children are under the care of an Italian priest which is why it resonates deeply with the Chairman and CEO of ITPI Corp. (Italpinas Euroasian Design and Eco-Development Corporation), designer and developer of Primavera Residences, the first eco-friendly condominium complex in Cagayan de Oro City.

The morning of December 21, 2013 was a fun-filled one for 49 children, from five to 16 year old, as they were treated to parlor games, christmas gifts (slippers, hygiene kits, and school supplies), and a Christmas lunch.

For the staff, agents and brokers of Primavera Residences the activity was also a meaningful but truly joyful bonding activity.

“It was a very fulfilling activity, seeing the children having a great time especially this time of year, seeing them smiling at you,” Magadan said. “I’m grateful to witness these children very grateful with this small act of kindness.”

The Calabrini Children’s Foundation is named in honor of Saint Frances Xavier Cabrini (1850-1917) or Mother Calabrini, an Italian Religious Sister, who founded the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart.

The children’s home is found in Bayabas, Cagayan de Oro City.

The PSO event was featured in the regular column of Ms. Janey Montebon-Duterte.
