The Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines has granted Primavera Residences developer, Italpinas Euroasian Design and Eco-Development Corp. (ITPI), exclusive rights to use the Eco-Logic trademark to identify its products and services, further establishing ITPI’s role as a pioneer in sustainable property development in the country.

Eco-Logic represents Italpinas’s use of cost-effective, innovative, performance-based technologies and methods in property development. It also represents the process of designing a building that functions in accordance to its natural environment, minimizing the use of expensive materials and reducing environmental impact.
