ITPI is an Italian-Filipino real estate property developer specializing in green architecture and innovative design. Its first project is Primavera Residences, a 10-story mixed-use property development in Cagayan De Oro City that boasts of environment-friendly features.

Established in 2009, ITPI has been a sustaining member of the Philippine Green Building Council (PHILGBC) since March of the same year. It became a regular member in January 2012. PHILGBC is a non-profit organization that aims to promote and share the best practices in sustainable development as well as be the avenue for the creation of a green building rating system in the country.

In February 2014, ITPI became a member of the US Green Building Council (USGBC). The USGBC is a leading advocate of green building in the United States that initiated the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification. The organization certifies project developments that meet the criteria for eco-friendly building strategies and practices. Part of its advocacy is to partner with international organizations from various industries to boost sustainable building practices. PHILGBC is one of USGBC’s affiliated partners under the organization’s global alliance network.

“We are proud to be a member of this global network that continuously upholds the best practices in building sustainable developments. Through this membership, we hope to share our knowledge in building green environments as well as learn from other innovative leaders,” said ITPI executive chairman and CEO Romolo V. Nati.

ITPI’s projects also get support from the Climate Technology Initiative- Private Financing Advisory Network (CTI-PFAN), whose funding partners include the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). In 2010, CTI-PFAN recognized Primavera Residences as a Promising Clean Energy Investment Opportunity; in 2013, it awarded ITPI’s upcoming mixed-use development project in CdO, Primavera City, as among the top ten most promising clean energy investment opportunities in the Philippines.

ITPI’s advocacy does not end in sustainability and environment conservation. It is also an avid supporter of Habitat for Humanity, a non-profit that builds decent and affordable housing for people in need; CARA Welfare Philippines, a non-government organization that promotes compassion for animals and responsible pet ownership; and Enactus, a global non-profit network of students, business and academic leaders that aim to uplift the lives of people through social entrepreneurship.

ITPI is also a member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines (ICCP) since March 2014. ICCP is a national organization that supports and strengthens partnerships between Italian and Filipino companies. ITPI’s membership in ICCP enables the company to build stronger connections with other Italian companies as well as receive support in promoting its objectives.
