The Eco-Logic Leadership and Internship Program involves 300 hours of leadership of on-the-job sessions that will fluently integrate the theory and practice of sustainability, sustainable property development, green building and leadership
Only five slots are available per program for students of Business, Marketing, Accounting, Communications or Art and Multimedia.
Formed in 2009 by executive chairman and CEO Architect Romolo V. Nati and his Filipino partner, Atty. Jojo Leviste, we are a young property developer, but we devote a significant part of our revenues to a R&D department that looks into building in the extreme conditions brought by climate change.

In fact, in last year’s tumult that brought suffering to millions of Filipinos, we did our small bit to help the country get back on its feet — and prepare for the future.
While we forked out only a small part of our earnings to help disaster survivors, we shared hugely of its real wealth: experience and know-how on building for extreme conditions.
Over the course of the year, we took time out from our hectic property development schedule to advocate for sustainable building practices, as well as to publicly share tips on how to build eco-friendly properties and robust structures that can withstand typhoons, earthquakes and similar catastrophes.
Responding to the turmoil brought by Yolanda, ITPI executive chairman and CEO Architect Romolo V. Nati Click offered free advice on how to build in the extreme conditions that are part of what he called “this new reality of deadlier and more frequent catastrophes induced by climate change”.
