MDDR stands for Master Deed with Declaration of Restrictions of Primavera. This document describes the, procedures, rules and regulations specific to Primavera. This is also a requirement dictated by RA 4726 Articles of Incorporation, By-laws, and House Rules, and the rules and guidelines of the Pueblo de Oro Residents and Locators Association (PORTAL).
