Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental (February 13, 2016)— Primavera Residences, IDC’s multi-awarded green mixed-use development in Uptown Cagayan de Oro, recently paid tribute to its valued realty partners, brokers and agents for being reliable supporters of sustainable development and eco-friendly living in Cagayan de Oro.
Last January 29, 2016, Primavera Residences awarded the top sellers and brokers at a Ballroom-themed annual sales awarding in the property’s La Rondine Hall with a series of ballroom dances by Gerard Suarez.
Primavera Residences awarded its top realties, namely: Slicer’s Realty, CDO Brokers & Association, and Leuterio Realty. Slicer’s Realty took home the top prize, while CDO Brokers & Association and Leuterio Realty came in second and third place, respectively. Each realty was recognized for their dedication and commitment to serving clients with honesty and integrity.
The top sellers, on the other hand, were awarded to Marie Cristy Lugtu, Rolando Rañoa, and Sherwin Salamanca. Lugtu garnered the top position while Rañoa took the second place and Salamanca came in third place.
All sellers who produced sales from July-December 2015 also shared the pot money of P100,000 as additional surprise for delivering quality homes and investment to its clients.
