Architect Romolo V. Nati is the CEO of ITPI (TALPINAS Euroasian Design and Eco-Development Corporation), a Filipino-Italian company specializing in designing and developing innovative eco-friendly real-estate projects in fast-growing cities in the Philippines. Although still young, Italpinas has already received awards and recognition from local and international organizations, such as the “Best Condo Development in the Philippines” from the South East Asia Property Awards in 2011.
Architect Nati strongly believes in progress and nation building through sustainable solutions and high-performance design inspired by nature. His expertise is designing innovative real estate products with green features, energy conserving and generating features, with contemporary Italian design that cities will be proud to host.
He will be coming out with a series of videos on how to find very good but affordable homes in the Philippines including Cagayan de Oro City. He will demonstrate the energy-saving benefits of having an eco-friendly home as opposed to ordinarily constructed houses or buildings that consume much energy and are not very safe.
