Primavera Residences represents the best of sustainable property development in the country. It has photovoltaic solar panels located on the rooftop of its two towers. It has a green inner courtyard and a cross-ventilation layout to increase natural airflow and light.
The structure also has window shading on its façade to reduce direct sun illumination on the windows and to reduce the internal temperature of each unit. Residents can save up to 32% on aircon consumption.
